Her midnight distress was worsening day by day...
How terrible was it for her to face this overthinking every single night...
People sleep at night ...but many stay up all night just thinking...strange?
Nope...its common in this era...She went up from her bed switched on her study lamp ...
Opened her windows wide...
Brewed a hot cup of coffee...
Took her pen and start writing and she spilled her thoughts in her journal...
She spilled all those deep dark thoughts that will make her mind light...
thoughts of what makes her worry...anxious and depressed...
Luckily she was in the state of deciding to get rid of those trash in her mind...
Getting some inspiration from her Espresso ...she started spilling positive thoughts of what makes her happy, what makes her smile, and what makes her satisfy...
Instead of lying on her bed like a dead fly...with all those intolerable thoughts ...she decided to utilize that sleepless night by getting a minimal self-theraphy session to heal herself....Its what we should do when we are concerned about our mental health...
There are many factors that causes overthinking...anxiety...panicking outta nowhere...hard times..criticism... judgemental minds and discriminations...as these factors act according to their situations....

OVERTHINKING PLAYS IT'S GAME...
we often couldn't realize when we overthink...because we feel that it is reality...
Perhaps...until someone comes and makes you understand that you are just exaggerating your thoughts...your mind will feel secure a little...having positive affirmations when you are in the overthinking state of mind is IMPOSSIBLE...
This overthinking you experience is definetaly contagious...when you think of something unnecessary and plan to share with someone...the way you are conveying to them might brainwash them too...this will effect others as well...Surely...the way you are sharing to people is vitally to be taken in deep concern...just a little add on phrase while you are conveying like...
'Sharon...I have been thinking of something lately and it bothers me a lot ...I guess i'm just overthinking...But still i need you help to save me outta this..."
Let them know that they need to help you since you asked for a favor...this thought you implant in them before you begin to share will prevent them from being influenced by your over exaggerated thoughts...
There are certain ways to play mind games to be a rebel to your massive negatives thoughts...
WAYS TO OVERCOME OVERTHINKING...
DIVERTING
Diverting your mind is kinda tough...you may have a battle going on while you try to divert..
but when you succeed to do so...divert to the thoughts that will make you feel happy..like thinking of your loved ones...or a cute cactus you bought...or planning to have a good meal ...or to get a fresh orange juice...minimal thoughts that will get you happiness will be a good motivation for you...once you start to have your happy thoughts , you tend to forget your stressing thoughts...the happy you are ...the calmer you can get....
DESIGN...
Designing your day is your choice...you have all the choices to plan your day...just plan and make your mind busy on what you can do all day...being productive out of your boredom will save you...once you are lazy , lying in bed..the horror thoughts will dig up tunnels to your heart and make you anxious out of nowhere...planning is one of the common ways to avoid overthinking...planning is the best prevention method for this problem...
DEEP VALUES OF LIFE
Living a life with values will teach the right path in you journey...values like confidence, courage , boldness, rationality, will help you and provide you positive affirmations by the journey...you don't have to think the negative part of your plans, and decisions ....these values will notify you with positive thoughts like what you are about to gain through your plans and decisions....being courageous to face a situation is rare...being bold to overcome negativity is something special...everybody have their own values...use it wisely to handle overthinking...how confident you are will make you the boss out of you...bosses don't overthink...be the boss of your life...embrace the values you have...why overthink for the situation when you have plenty of values in you to help you fight the situation...?
DROP IT
Once you have done something...It's DONE....Past tense la bro...heyaaa...consequences are to be faced...this is where you values play a role....face it with your values...before you face the consequences you will surely go through the ultimate phase of being anxious of what will be the outcome....no need to think ...i mean like u can think about it but make sure there is no negativity that will pull you down...don't overthink...you will get what you deserve...chill and drop...there are tons of solutions for one situation....so why stress...drop it and divert....
DESIRE AND SATISFACTIONS
Drink what you love...Go for a Starbucks or even a bottle of ice water...go for you own preference....getting a drink will cool you down...it makes you happy ...go out and get some fresh air ...get some oxygen...breathe a little...Have some fun...it will make your negative thoughts vanish for a moment by doing what you love...self-care...do what will make your body and mind feel better by the time...have a short conversation with someone you love....connect with people...positive people...avoid toxic people...ignore people that will pull you down...embrace yourself...these will give you satisfaction and eliminate overthinking ...have this routine....30 mins in a day will do...just some Me time...i will not feel guilty to express how vital is self -care and having a Me time in all of my posts...I will repeatedly emphasize the vitality of self-care in my upcoming posts as well...be satisfy of having a pleasure time...only for you....
